Our Services
Individual Therapy
As a Latina therapist, I understand the unique pressures, cultural expectations, and generational narratives that many of us carry, especially as first-generation individuals. These experiences often shape how we move through life transitions, relationships, and motherhood.
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where women and families can feel seen, heard, and understood. I specialize in working with first-generation Latinas/o who are navigating major life transitions whether it’s stepping into new roles, breaking generational patterns, or reconnecting with the parts of themselves they’ve had to put aside for survival.
I also support women through the many stages of motherhood from thinking about starting a family, to adjusting to babies born close in age, to navigating the emotional weight of cultural expectations around motherhood.
